Who wouldn't buy the intermediate product? (Who did they try selling it to that said no?)

What's the update with ReeTec in which the relationship was setup by Geoff? Update with uCore?
Why will the DSF take so long, they have the majority of the information?
Is it a lack of knowledge on LH's part in the mining industry, which has caused them to step back from the original plan to a more traditional mining method?
IMO it's not damage control, it's the fact they are out of their depth so just reverting the project back to stage 1. Everyone they have bought in other than LH employees have left already.
A comment was made - "GA's inability to accurately scope cost and deliver the project" - Says who? LH? Wasn't scoping costs completed in accordance with Saskatoon and other companies together with Geoff?
