They'll want to do the DSO to sort out the logistics, and get the ball rolling but end of the day it's not a massive deal to do it with plant commissioning obviously not starting at full capacity, so they have time to get it bedded in then if necessary.

Mali gov not doing its reputation any favours with a last minute roadblock given the plans afoot and money spent - getting in mining contractors early, the trucking, the plant in China being prepared for the feed....
