Your right about the 3 factors working against us but the argument that the company shouldn't buy shares at a price I won't is pretty stupid imo. They have a report putting a minimum value of the company at 2.9 cps and said we were very undervalued at 1.3 cps and would do something about it. They are not failing to buy shares at 1.2cps and killing sentiment (driving away buyers) in the process.
I've sold and likely won't buy back in because I can't see the stock having any significant appreciation given the many factors working against it and the likely massive amount of shareholders who will sell out at a higher price given the opportunity.
It's management (or at least the boards) job to manage this and create shareholder value and take measures that will help the sp as much as is reasonably possible (I don't believe they are doing this).
Is the company and management just going to accept 1.2cps valuation for us going forward because nobody is buying? Or are they going to do something about it to actually create shareholder value and roi
By your logic they should just give up and let the sp
die because nobody is buying, it's their problem as well as shareholders.
