ASX rules are SPP’s not allowed more than 20% below last closing price!!!!

The placement was 27% below so clearly they had to wait for the price to drop a little before making it official. Hence the 19th date. Very sporting of management IMHO.

Seems very valid to me.

AND they have enough funds to finish trial and open label extension with the SPP funds. This is a fact.

R & D rebate will come in later this year

Possible licensing deal
