I have to say it looks like a solid turn around I still think a roller coaster ahead ! Numbers look great lots of brand damage but once court cases done and distractions gone, and new solutions to market. I think lots of room just legal is $8M so just those activities ending the legals probably go from 8 to 2M, so 6M more thats 20% more EBITDA.
Í like positive cash flow I like stat EBITDA 32-35M plus at least 6M more when legals slow do almost 40M EBITDA ! for the market cap that is lowwww...
Having said all of that and given the history I have offloaded 10% of my holdings just to be conservative as my average buy was 96c. I will continue to hold, with a plan to keep 50% of my orginal holding for very long time and the rest I will take small profits (10% a time) off the table at every 15-20c increase. Can't defend my logic its just me and the way I buy and sell.
I also have no stop loss on this stock so do believe long term.
