Hey @mowibble , I’m pretty sure Catherine has accepted.30c per share in the new terms agreed for Blumio announced end of June, again rather than cash. This was against USD$150k agreed terms. Payment in September. You would need to check the announcement to see if my memory serves me correctly. I’m seeing AUD $.30c as a recurring theme as fair value in negotiations at the moment … interesting.
