Hey Dr, I wont pretend to know as much as plenty on the forum about these things, but it feels like you're drinking the Kool aid from the letter sent out today.
The terms from Hartree mention how unlikely it is we will relist. I dont disagree with you on the fact we may all lose our money voting no, but the agreement is rubbish and shareholders need some specific targets the company needs to meet to get relisted. Having any potential relist resting on whether Hartree deciding its in the companies best interest, means we have no say what so ever.
The potential for a relist needs to be in the agreement, with concrete targets the mine and board can hit. If they hit the targets, we can try for a relist.
As it stands, we can stay private forever.
