We get people writing conspiracy theories such as BP are smashing it down and acquiring heaps and then will sell us off cheaply. Hopper assurers us, they watch the register all the time, this is not happening. Lastly, all personnel are as deeply invested and in the red, and not happy, but will continue on.

Was pretty certain that BP were not involved so not sure why Paul concentrated on this one.

We do have funds buying and selling at the same time - obvious from the "course of sales" figures. They can lower their average price paid and probably obtain a tax loss benefit as well. I do wonder why Paul did not mention that. They could be the same players that took part in the CR and he did not want to go there.
