the primary crushing system could easily be doubled (duplicated) but then the problem might arise that the secondary concentrate processing system becomes overloaded depending on the analysis of the concentrate, which will not be determined until the plant is operational - my guess is that the secondary circuit will only be working at about half capacity
bottom line - yes to your question
much better I reckon is wait a bit to see what can be extracted from Rose and then have another mill assembled on the Dempsey site or nearby
total digression: - the Rose portal is quite large and looks to me that a skid steer loader could operate in there, or maybe a small bogger so in effect a smallish horizontal "decline" already exists for at least a few hundred metres of the Rose mine
