As for your comment of.being highly educated people, which may be true, and they may have 30 years experience in a certain field, my experience in life is that if one is allowed to just drift and go at there own pace, it can often take way to long, weather you like it or not a measurable timeline helps to progress things.
The timeline is one of my major concerns here, is dobbo able to set a timeline and keep people and contractors to those targets, as yet I haven't seen evidence of that.
I hope when they order the Thai today it is on time, I would hate that Gemma has to phone up and ask why are there delays, and then get spun some story, sound familiar.
