"Hardrockers" as you put it @jnene are small fry think bigger and there's nothing bigger than big oil and they at least understand half of the process , so in their eyes there's 50% derisking here . Although I somewhat agree there still is the issue of INR because if INR can produce BG product and are equally if not more derisked then wouldn't they be a target also ? .

5 years PA held out for Hmmm what's changed recently that they changed their minds dropped an active BLM submission spent money to create a saleable entity only to sell for $1 million plus expenses ?
Could it be that more new news was available to seal the deal ?
What could be so emphatic that it would not only encourage a sale for peanuts but also a accept 15million shares escrowed instead of cash ?
I theorise there's an offer there "somewhere" 15,000,000 in an SOI of 1.2 billion is again peanuts but if there was a legitimate offer brewing around $2 then that would completely change the dynamic.
