interesting day yesterday. 1st had the misleading article that anteotech was being accused of using confidential ip after a failed collaboration. anteo officially cleared this up in the afternoon with an announcement

"Ferroglobe has made an application to the Court to seek preliminary discovery of the Company’s confidential material for it to be able to assess whether or not it wishes to allege that there has been misuse of Ferroglobe’s confidential information (which the Company rejects). The Company is defending that application. Yesterday, the Court rejected orders sought by Ferroglobe and made orders put forward by the Company requiring Ferroglobe to provide financial security for the Company’s costs after which the Company will provide certain patent applications by the Company to Ferroglobe for review under a strict confidentiality regime."

we then had anteotech release Manuel's energy next conference presentation.

we know we have anteoX and high silicon content anodes ready or close to commercialisation. we have Khadija working on hydrogen (with a new hydrogen employee added to the team in the last month or so)

but from the presentation cathodes, solid state and sulphur look like being possibilities as well.

then lastly we had the website developer leaking an update that has since been removed.

tpain post 68894239. in about 6 weeks we will be presenting at a sepsis event. sepsis development must still be progressing. and if Eugenie has been stopped what company will we be collaborating with?
