a shameful example (and there are too many) of directors acting in their own interests rather than the best interests of shareholders. What’s worse is spending more of shareholders’ hard earned cash to defend themselves, all in order to serve their own interests… time to go!
good on shareholders. Try not to think what LLL would be worth had the company not been mismanaged since BGS…
