Whats not to like?
Sure property is on the nose right now and commercial property even more so, but we'll probably have 1 or even 2 full property cycles in the next 12 years and all at a 5% WARR compounding year on year.
This one is a buy & hold for me until its back up to a ~10% discount to NTA or around $5 mark
