The problem with what Binscab posted was that FAR senior management gave strict written instruction that the information was not to be qouted or posted in virtually any other fashion. (I personally still dont believe they are able to insist on this).
The HC mods know of this disclaimer and threads have been shut down quickly in the past for posters such as yourself requesting exactly the same thing.
Good luck mate, but I dont like your chances.
