And if it soooooo cheap, mortgage your nanas house and go buy a few billion shares otherwise stop whinging about the buyback being Directors not having faith in their own company vs prudent management of shareholder funds. (You might find this point poignant since you're quoting Cassimatis v ASIC as though it has any specific relevance here)
