Thanks for the reply - and yes - you gave a lot to take in as well.
I was stunned to see the Vancouver figure. I thought the Canadian real estate market (like the Australian) was bullet proof. So - maybe the Aussies should be careful too.
Just one point - market up on low volume? could this be short covering?
Well - I think the opposite. If the market was up on short covering - I think that would magnify the volume not reduce it.
But the market is weird and wonderful - a bit like the world's imagined by Stephen Hawking.
So - we just wait. Somehow, if I think the current situation is irrational, then contrariwise, it must be positive.
Does that make sense? Probably not. But the market isn't a place for making sense.
