Tv2’s accounts in the last released quarterly were running dry. Then, during the suspension period leading to subsequent delisting - they did not report any required financial statements. Are you able to prove favourable bank balances other than what was announced on the ASX?
So unless you or others provided a private cash injection, the now delisted company has shareholders of worthless, unlisted scrip.
