I would have thought a blocking stake would have to be 10% of shares on issue. Tony doesn't has 33M shares, just over 5% of shares on issue (625M shares).
However, African Minerals holds 19.9% of CFE so they can block it on their own. Something tells me they would sell out if a good enough offer comes along though.
$1.50 per share and it is sold!
