Given what is up for grabs, and what is at risk for the incumbents, I cannot see realistically how it'd play out any other way.
TAVR will soon be a $10 Billion US space, and then soon after that $20 Billion..... and it will ALL potentially go to the winner (whoever, if any, acquires The DurAVR.)
