Best to use fully diluted for MC predictions so far off. $2.4 would be around $6.8bn
The options are in the money now.
Be nice to have no further major dilution.
Offtake partners / prepayments may like to have skin in the game, more shares issued.
I will be very surprised if we get to production without more SOI than currently indicated.
