They have not cleared up all the frauds, scams and money laundering problems.
Their staff number in the accounts appears to go down year on year so you are left with the assumption that the problem stil, exists and could do untold damage to the bank the next time the regulators get serious with them.
Under King, WBC has been a very poorly performing stock and the regulatory pressure has been overwhelming IMHO.
WBC is pretty high risk IMHO.
