Limited Announces Closure of Unit 2 of the Company

Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese Limited informed that the Company has shut down the operations of Unit 2 of the Company situated at Garbham Village, Andhra Pradesh with effect from July 17, 2023, due to the increase in the electricity tariffs by the Andhra Pradesh Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited which has made the operations of the unit uneconomical and unviable. Date of such binding agreement, if any, entered for sale of such unit/division, if any: Not Applicable. The Company does not propose to sell the Unit 2 of the Company at present.
