    again the EIA was not approved it was quite unexpectantly released for public imput against the advice of its own environment department.
    etm is not a competitor, etm mines light rare earths mostly and sell to china .etm does not recover much heavy rare earth .etm also would produce zinc and possibly uranium. it will produce a sodium flouro -phosphate which may be saleable
    Tanbreez will produce heavy rare earths ,light rare earths ( which it has sold but not to China) it will also produce zirconium, tantalum , niobium, hafnium, and possibly tungsten, while it has markets for its waste felspar ,silica etc none of which etm has. Tanbreez also has a license and should be in production much earlier . Could you please explain why etm could possibly be a competitor for anything but local labour. However as usual I expect you will find this question too hard to answer.
