As to O'Brien speaking for how the rest of the world will view us if we vote NO, l suspect he mistakes the rest of the world for his LWNJ mates. l suspect the rest of the world wouldn’t care less and view it as an internal matter for us to deal with and would not presume that they they can advise us how to best deal with our internal matters.
