Again these are my assumptions only, Tim would have had a lot to do with consolidation decisions and the result of options been dumped in conjunction with the decision, with the director’s approval, the share price fell and institutional investors needed a share price above 1 dollar in order to meet their requirements, hence it all fell to shit in my opinion.
Now again we are at the mercy of the management, similar to what happened after PFS, they are waiting for something, I don’t know exactly what it is but I hope it’s in the form of funding to get this thing moving forward.
