Atomo is raising up to approximately A$2.0 million via a Placement of new shares in the Company ("New Shares"), to Professional and Sophisticated investors (“Placement” or “Offer”) under the Company’s existing placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1. The Company will also offer eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand the opportunity to participate in a Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) and apply for up to A$30,000 of New Shares, to raise an additional A$2.0 million.
