They absolutely did not apply for block 4 with a proposed exploration budget of $80 million (or whatever the ridiculous figure is).
@m0ngy since you're such a good sleuth, I challenge you to find:
A) if their assertion follow up was not needed was before the swan zone was discovered
B) where 20m @ 6g/t Au sits in block 4 (and how on earth anyone can assert that a genuine mining level intercept does not need following up.)
C) if the geo who asserted that still has their job
D) are they on crack
