Thank you Max. That clearly explains a clear cut very favourable situation for SVM. Other parties have enquired as I suggested - pretty clear RIO fast tracked this current situation - will have a seat on board of directors - 3 key personnel at project level and will likely want to move and take the lot prior to DFS release.
SVM on the other hand are now cashed to complete that DFS and will hold off I suspect on any early takeover to ensure maximum benefit to shareholders.
