Whilst it is largely a waste of time to vote on the proposed name change as the recommendation by the Board is unanimous to vote in favour of the resolution. That suggest that both TIO and OCJ will be voting FOR. Whilst I understand just why the new MD would like a fresh start and the Board would love to wipe clean Flinders abysmal performance and history, I decided that not voting was not sending the right message (or any message at all). So, even though the vote is a fait accompli, I decided that an AGAINST vote was the way to go for me. Flinders, aka Red Hawk, have a long, long, long way to go before they are proven trustworthy.

Shareholders should note that the HC Flinders threads will disappear after the ASX completes the name change, as will Flinders (Mickey Mouse) website. Announcements will still be available on the ASX website. So anything anyone wants copied should be done well in advance
