now it’s a 50/50 split between PLL and an unknown buyer.
During ramp up each shipment contains an allocation for each party ( not necessarily 50/50), at nameplate of 226,000 tpa it becomes 50/50 simply because PLL's allocation is 113,000tpa....
Since the contract starts in July PLL is entitled tp 56,000t between now and the end of this year but won't be getting the first 56,000t...
We will find out what the allocation for this shipment shortly...
