I think you should ask your "Fund Managers" which one of the below they don't agree with:

1. The Voice increases uncertainty
   • This is an objective fact
2. Any corporate finance textbook / journal will tell you that uncertainty = risk = increased discount rate = reduction in valuation

Which one of the above points do you not agree with.
