No surprises here - this is a major discovery in the making and my target of 1 million ounces is well within reach.
So subject to shareholder approval at the 4 August meeting, the very soft Class I Performance Rights will vest and the even softer Class H rights look like a no brainer for the non-executive directors. Hardly much of an incentive IMO.
Don't forget the voting cutoff for this meeting (which includes the Delphi loan to royalty conversion resolution) is Wednesday morning 2 August.
