I was but am too busy to catch all of it.

Personally i think they should be releasing this investor call for anyone to listen too after the fact. I want to go over it thoroughly. But im sure we will get the old, It wasn't recorded rubbish.

I'm not really of the same opinion that they have been doing so well. I know the ramp up is always troublesome, but the few questions I had time to hear sounded like we weren't too close to fixing the issues and I don't think Gareth was doing a great job of convincing people otherwise.

The single biggest takeaway for me out of all of this is that retail is the last to know..... always with this company, I'd understand more if retail were a minority holder but clearly we are not, therefor I feel keeping retail better informed should be a higher priority. But let's be honest thats probably not likely to happen, Gotta let the BEOT make bank at the expense of the little guy.

Fingers crossed they get on top of those recovery rates fast as that is woeful.
