imo Creasy is too smart to have much faith in this project which is just one of many.
Is it possible that Block is the money raiser, the cash cow that will fund others?
A cash raise must be imminent with substantial dilution. It will be interesting to see what the stated purpose of the raise is.
I think Polar Bear has the most potential of any of the portfolio and that the imminent cash raise will advance that project while funds for Block 4 will be for surveys and a small no of cheap RC holes.
