The yield percentage that shows up in some stock scans may be out of date and, thus, not indicative. I have done these based on their latest dividends and/or projected dividend from company announcements.
Also, some may be better yielding because they are 100% franked at 30% tax rate. But that depends on one's own personal income tax situation.

I've excluded property trusts, as I simply don't trust them. :P
