Yes, in hindsight agreed luckym. Too much dilution, too complicated. And in the end they could have gotten - on later options conversion - up to $AUD54m in capital for which they had no plans.
The lack of shareholder support is dissapointing, but in reality the shareholders probably just voted against a silly purchase plan.
