This mob has not got a hope in hell of getting any USofA funding, FACT, the good old boys from the USofA will be the only ones to get a hand out, this new kid on the block with out of date technology has a snow ball in hells chance of getting any real funding, all they can hope for is loan sharks at a high rate of %.

I note the nice talk was good for the SP, LOL, they sure can talk the talk, but when it comes to walking the walk, they have three left feet.
