It would be in Ding's best interest to relist (IMO) and trade on an open market and make substantial gains. Legal act.

flumoxxed trader ... an unlisted private company can choose to stay unlisted. No obligation to list. As long as ANS gets shareholders value through a shareholding it owns in an overseas listed company and distributes that to shareholders - good enough for me.
