The inertia of the tax department may be a blessing in disguise.
It does not necessarily follow that the price will fall in fact it may the opportunity for the Ramelius directors to be a bit more proactive in managing the company and the war chest.
I did have RMS shares in my portfolio but switched to a company who seem a bit more active in managing their assets.
Having said that I am still keeping a watching brief and there is a lot of potential in this company whether the existing board is good enough to develop that potential is the question.
