The chart is far from being in a downwards spiral. There are plenty out there though. We had our delays and combined with market softness, we've stalled.
Go and download the course of sales from today and you'll see plenty of interesting sales. Particularly very small unit and order value trades go through.
I am enjoying buying MTM at the moment and added more today. I shall pop you on ignore until big green days when you swing back to being optimistic
