As the hours tick by and down to the release of the Impending Announcement for Vital's future , my Analytical measure I use is this .
If released very early before the Market opens , it's much better than expected !
If released shortly before the Market opens , it's a moderate one !
If released right on opening of the Market , it's a mediocre one !
If it's none of the above , one does ponder the inevitable path we will wander !
One thing I can be fairly sure of , Dear Old Dodge 12 , will be all over it , whatever the Announcements Depth is !
