News: SUN Deals of the day-Mergers and acquisitions

July 24 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Monday:

		** Mexico's America Movil, the telecoms company 
controlled by the family of tycoon Carlos Slim, has acquired an 

additional 5.55% of Telekom Austria AG from a private investor, it said in a filing.

		** Canada's TC Energy  TRP.TO , best known for its 
Keystone oil pipeline, will divest a 40% interest in its 

Columbia Gas Transmission and Columbia Gulf Transmission pipelines for C$5.2 billion ($3.95 billion) to Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP).

		** Self-storage operator Public Storage  PSA.N  said  it 
has entered a deal to buy Simply Self Storage from Blackstone 

Real Estate Income Trust for $2.2 billion, as it looks to expand its market presence

		** Taiwan's Foxconn  2317.TW  will acquire a 50% stake 
in ZF Group's  ZFF.UL  axle system assembly unit, creating a 

joint venture aimed at growing automotive and supply chain opportunities, the companies said

** Indonesian state-owned fertiliser company PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur PUPUK.UL , or Pupuk Kaltim, is in talks to acquire the fertiliser business of Australian-listed Incitec Pivot Ltd (IPL) , two sources familiar with the matter said

** Indian auto parts maker Samvardhana Motherson International (SMIL) SAMD.NS said it made a second acquisition this month, buying Germany's Dr. Schneider Group for 118.3 million euros ($131.6 million)

** Denmark's Orsted ORSTED.CO has agreed to divest its remaining 25% stake in London Array Offshore Wind Farm in Britain to funds managed by Schroders Greencoat for 717 million pounds ($922.85 million), the energy company said in a statement

** The board of Swiss software management company SoftwareONE SWON.S said it rejected a revised offer from Bain Capital to take the company private, saying it would launch a strategic review to seek the best value for the company instead

** Australia's competition regulator said it has delayed its decision on ANZ Group Holdings' (ANZ) proposed A$4.9 billion ($3.30 billion) acquisition of Suncorp Bank (SUN) by a week to August 4, and has requested a further extension of one week

** China Ruyi Holdings 0136.HK , a movie production and online streaming company, said one of its subsidiaries will buy a 49% stake in an investment unit of Dalian Wanda Group for 2.3 billion yuan ($320.08 million)

** U.S.-based investment firm Bain Capital said on Sunday that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 90% of Adani Capital and Adani Housing, buying out all of the Adani family's private investments in the company
