Their hearing is in December. So they likely 10+ months behind IDA (not counting the holiday period). Unfortunately their litigation terms are not as good as IDA (fund taking 30%), they are essentially an illiquid shell with no cash with a potentially good case. Should still provide a good upside, albeit more risk.
Still probably a better bet than Raper's CMD (IMO) which still has a very long road ahead with no litigation funding, ongoing exploration expenses & overheads and hasn't even started the arbitration process.
