Announce positive drilling results and a clear path to success - the SP will rise alongside the belief in the company LT.
On this basis - for instance if the SP was sitting at $0.006 - the full $45.9m subscription is all but guaranteed.
This would be a massive show of support and vindication for dedicated shareholders.

OR

Keep quiet, say nothing, do nothing, as you have for the last 12 months. I can't see how people will want to participate in the CR. Sure they will be buying at 0.001 however after 200:1 consolidation there will be a huge way down the SP can and will continue to slide.
