I'm just trying to set a realistic expectation, because 19c does not.
A couple of points (given ANS Shares = 6B, rounded up) 1. It will not be zero %. We are the infrastructure partner - which is important in context. But let's go with the higher 25% 2. AU 19c per share would mean the new entity has a value of 6B (ANS shares)*0.19 = AUD1.14B...times 4 (for 100%) = AUD4.6B or USD3.1B
That's about a tenth of my expectation. Not so huge.
If it's a USD10B project (estimated $10B USD project from FEB 23 Austsino announcement), then 25% share of that value is USD2.5B or US 42c per share. AU 62c per share.
If it's a USD20B project, then 25% share of that value is USD5.0B or USD83 per share. AUD1.23 per share.
If it's a USD30B project, then 25% share of that value is USD7.5B or USD1.25 per share. AUD1.85 per share.
Even using 20% of USD20B project value, yields USD4B which is AUD5.9B...which divided by 6B shares is close to AUD1 per share.
We need the share % and the project valuation to confirm. But 19c is way too low IMO
