Well if nothing else, 25M (from '22 AR) has to go out the door (in principal alone) between now and June 24. Pretty sure that will be ~8M pq Dec, Mar, Jun. Chuck in 12 months of interest at ~1.1M a month, and you have got 38M in cash leaving the business between now and June 23. Anyone reckon they will produce a net 38M in free cashflow above all operating and capital outflows between now and June?
