So management can get in at $0.14 a share, it's now back at $0.20, and by September it could be higher and I assume these shares could be sold at any time after
Management should not be rewarded for their ineptitude and I believe shareholders should vote against this. They cant even give a compelling reason for the raise
Would also like to know who were the current shareholders who seem to have got the immediate benefits of this capital raise?
