On the investor video call they did this morning they said that Procurement in some of their larger strategic customers - I'd read Cisco as likely one of these - had indicated that in return for agreeing to long term supplier agreements they wanted to see Dub improve their balance sheet. Having dealt with some of the global Telco Procurement Depts in my career I can see this statement as believable. But who knows?

It does smell a bit of them looking after some mates with the CR but this is the ASX, it goes on all the time IMO. Regulators are asleep at the wheel.
