STX pitiful offer, page-17

This share price has been at 17 or 17.5 cents for a long time.

I would be generally happy with 26c, but greed 28cents. 26c is market cap of $163mil.

I actually think this is realistic.

- Waylering that we know of approx $150 cash flow over 5 year, discounted cash flow likely worth around $120 mil
- Mongolia is worth half of TMK so say around $35mil,
- Other bits have not progressed, so while we have payed farm ins are unexplored and not worth much.

If I can get 26c, I make 50% profit. Happy with that.
